Beyond the Yellow Ribbon NE Metro is seeking an individual with a background is standards of practice and financial management of non profits 501(3) to accept the role for a two year term.  Responsibilities include a  depositing donations & revenue, paying all liabilityies, quarterly financial report to the Executive Board, Annual P&L, Annual Balance Sheet, 990 Tax Return,  Annual renewal with the MN Secretary of State, and Attorney General as required.
