Description

The first annual community-wide celebration of winter is February 13-21, 2026. A wide range of activities will get residents out to enjoy the winter season and support local businesses. Activities will be provided by local businesses, civic organizations, and Anoka County, with fun for all ages! Event highlights include a coloring contest, a candlelight walk, a drink tour, a community campfire, and a medallion hunt. Medallion Hunt clues begin on Monday, February 16th, with a cash prize of $500 (coordinated and donated by Renstrom Dental Lab)!. See the growing list of activities below. If you, or your organization, would like to sponsor, volunteer, or host an event, please contact the Centennial Area Chamber of Commerce.

February 13-21

Hot Drink Tour -Join us for a Hot Drink Tour February 13-16 for your chance to win a $100 gift card and sample some tasty drinks!

Here's how it works: Simply stop by any of our hot drink locations that are listed on the tour, pick up a hot drink card, make a purchase of $10 or more to get a stamp. Look for opportunities to earn double stamps! Once your card is filled you can enter to win a $100 gift card. All entries must be turned in by Sunday, February 21st at noon to be entered to win.

Saturday, February 14

Candlelight Walk - 500 lanterns decorated by local elementary students on the trail behind The Rookery from 4-7 PM.

Community Campfire - along the Candlelight Walk we'll have a fire with a S'more bar. 

Monday, February 16 

Medallion Hunt Begins! $500 cash prize. Check the Centennial Area Chamber Facebook Page for daily clues.
